This page explains what information Wyrally collects when you join the waitlist, and how we use it. We keep this deliberately simple.
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect your brand or company name and your email address. We also use analytics and advertising tools — Google Analytics and, if you arrived via an ad, the Meta pixel — which collect standard usage data (such as pages visited, approximate location, device and referral source, and whether a signup occurred) through cookies and similar technologies, to help us measure and improve our site and ads.
We use your name and email solely to (1) send you a confirmation, (2) notify you when we launch and open access, and (3) share occasional updates about Wyrally. We use analytics data only in aggregate to understand how the site is performing. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Waitlist details are processed and stored by our email service provider (Brevo) on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google, and advertising data by Meta, under their respective terms. We retain your information only for as long as needed to operate the waitlist and contact you about the service.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop contacting you, at any time. Just email hello@wyrally.in and we'll take care of it. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe option.
Our analytics and (where applicable) advertising tools set cookies to recognise return visits and measure performance. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, and manage ad personalisation through the settings of the relevant platform — for example, Google's Ads Settings and Meta's ad preferences.

This is a general waitlist privacy notice. Once you collect data at scale or process payments, have it reviewed against India's DPDP Act, 2023 and any other regulations that apply to your business.
